First, we will admire the impressive facade of the Cathedral, a masterpiece of Spanish Renaissance architecture, adorned with intricate sculptures and reliefs. We will continue inside and we will be awe-struck by its vast interior, illuminated by the soft glow of stained glass windows. We will take time to explore the various chapels, altarpieces, and artworks that adorn the cathedral's nave, transept, and apse.
Then, we will step inside the Royal Chapel and immerse in its richly decorated interior. Marvel at the grandeur of its Gothic and Renaissance architecture, characterized by soaring vaulted ceilings, ornate altarpieces, and elegant chapels dedicated to saints and religious figures. We will also see the mausoleum, where the tombs of Queen Isabella I, King Ferdinand II, and other members of the royal family are housed. We will take in the exquisite craftsmanship of the marble effigies and sarcophagi, and learn about the significance of these monarchs in shaping Spain's history.
