With this route you will get to know the history and the most important places of the historic centre of Córdoba but in a different way, through its gastronomy.
You will taste tapas such as salmorejo (a thick cold soup made with bread, ripe tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, salt and usually garnished with hard-boiled egg and iberian ham), from Roman times; aubergines with honey, which will remind us of the Andalusian legacy, and oxtail, a sample of the Christian conquest.
